We’re bringing back Battle of the Bottles—a playful pairing dinner where beer and wine go head-to-head. This year, we’re teaming up with our friends at Great Divide Brewing Co. for five courses of bold, seasonal flavors, each paired with both a wine from our in-house sommelier and a beer selected by Great Divide’s expert cicerone.

Each course celebrates the season, and each pairing invites you to taste, compare, and vote for your favorite. Expect lively conversation, fresh perspectives, and plenty of spirited debate in this community-style dinner designed to challenge your palate.

• Pizza with Bechamel, Corn, Pancetta, Parmesan
• Ricotta Potato Gnocchi with Sausage, Garlic, Olive Oil, Calabrian Chile
• Grilled Prosciutto-Wrapped Monkfish, Summer Squash, Tomato, Salmoriglio
• Chocolate Genovese, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut Gelato
