Tagliatelle Alla Castellana
House-made pasta ribbons with pancetta, wild mushrooms, and aged Parmesan. Comfort food that earned its college degree.

Pork Saltimbocca
Tender pork with Marsala reduction and wilted garlic kale. Saltimbocca literally means “jumps in the mouth”—fair warning.
